10月14日至16日，以“巴人巴風(fēng)·相約巴中”為主題的第八屆巴人文化藝術(shù)節(jié)將在巴中舉行，巴人文化藝術(shù)節(jié)已日益成為川東北經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)協(xié)同發(fā)展的重要活動(dòng)平臺(tái)。
（1）搭建平臺(tái)開展文化交流。泛巴區(qū)域5省市23個(gè)市州（區(qū)縣）及6個(gè)友好城市參加，期間將舉辦首屆大巴山文藝推優(yōu)工程、“話語巴山”巴文化專題訪談、泛秦巴區(qū)域新聞宣傳合作聯(lián)席會(huì)等5類7大主題活動(dòng)，推動(dòng)泛秦巴區(qū)域全方位交流合作。
（2）豐富內(nèi)容助推產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。升級(jí)打造占地1200余畝的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園，建立非遺大師工作室8個(gè)，吸引入園文創(chuàng)企業(yè)80余家?；顒?dòng)期間，預(yù)計(jì)至少簽約文旅康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目23個(gè)，投資額24.6億元；舉辦泛巴區(qū)域文旅創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品交易大會(huì)暨“巴中有禮”文創(chuàng)展，推出文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品1200余件。
（3）創(chuàng)新方式促進(jìn)文旅融合。配合開展第十八屆四川光霧山紅葉節(jié)，舉辦“5+N”城市文化旅游聯(lián)盟推介大會(huì)，拉長(zhǎng)節(jié)慶消費(fèi)。推出“川陜蘇區(qū)紅色游”等10余條精品旅游線路，提升打造國(guó)內(nèi)首個(gè)大型行浸式山水夜游項(xiàng)目《夢(mèng)境光霧山》，推動(dòng)大型民俗歌舞《巴河春秋》駐恩陽古鎮(zhèn)演出，促進(jìn)夜游經(jīng)濟(jì)、旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。（文藝科供稿）
