巴中《法律知識小課堂》登上“學(xué)習(xí)強(qiáng)國”平臺

近日，市廣播電視臺創(chuàng)新開設(shè)的普法專欄《法律知識小課堂》登上“學(xué)習(xí)強(qiáng)國”APP全國學(xué)習(xí)平臺“看法治”定制視頻專欄，并已收錄17期，在中國普法網(wǎng)在《防控疫情 法治同行》欄目推出“疫情防控”系列35期，在“學(xué)習(xí)強(qiáng)國”APP四川學(xué)習(xí)平臺推出了28期，實(shí)現(xiàn)了內(nèi)宣、外宣的新突破。

據(jù)悉，《法律知識小課堂》是由市委全面依法治市委員會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室主辦，市廣播電視臺承辦人日播普法節(jié)目，被列為2020年依法治市要點(diǎn)工作。節(jié)目自開播上線以來，緊緊圍繞全面依法治市重點(diǎn)工作，結(jié)合社會堵點(diǎn)痛點(diǎn)，群眾關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，重點(diǎn)策劃、精選案例、精準(zhǔn)實(shí)施，為受眾提供了官方、權(quán)威、實(shí)用的法律服務(wù)和法治宣傳。特別是在新冠肺炎疫情期間，圍繞《中華人民共和國傳染病防治法》《野生動(dòng)物保護(hù)法》《突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件應(yīng)急條例》等法律法規(guī)，精選典型案例以案釋法，促進(jìn)全市依法防控；結(jié)合疫情期間高發(fā)的涉疫詐騙行為，策劃“謹(jǐn)防電信詐騙”系列，提升公眾防騙意識；緊扣清明、全國稅收宣傳月等主題，策劃實(shí)施春季森林防火、“減稅費(fèi)優(yōu)服務(wù) 助復(fù)產(chǎn)促發(fā)展”等系列，幫助群眾解決實(shí)際問題。目前，該節(jié)目已錄制70期，在市廣播電視臺全媒刊播60余期。（巴中市廣播電視臺供稿）
